How we work

Practical staging, with the whole evening in view.

Three steps, in the order the old workshops used: a drawing first, then the making, then the installation. You approve each one before the next one starts.

01

Draw it first.

A site walk, measurements, and a scaled floor plan with mood boards, palette and a costed inventory list, so you approve a drawing and not a promise.

02

Build in the shop.

Structures, backdrops and signage are made and dry-fitted in our own workshop, then numbered, wrapped and loaded against a written manifest.

03

Install, run, strike.

Our crew installs to the run sheet, stays through the event for touch-ups, and clears the venue the same night. Insured, licensed and on schedule.

Insured · $2M general liability
In-house workshop & 12,000 sq ft warehouse
Crew of 22 · Same-night strike

Step 01

Draw it first.

You get the plan, the palette and the price before anything is reserved. Nothing is ordered, nothing is built, and nothing is charged beyond the deposit until the drawing is the one you want.

Step 02

Build in the shop.

Everything is assembled once in the workshop before it is assembled at your venue, which is where a joint that does not fit gets found. The manifest travels with the van, so what left the shop is what arrives.

Step 03

Install, run, strike.

We work to the venue's access times, keep a crew on site through the evening for the candles and the small repairs, and strike the same night so the room is handed back on time.

The next celebration

Tell us the date.

Send the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. You will get a written reply within two business days with availability, a starting range and next steps. Or hire from the warehouse directly and take the dates yourself.
